Shenyang Huatie Automobile Radiator Co., Ltd. (“Huatie”), is a global supplier of cooling products to commercial and passenger vehicles for both OEM and aftermarket. We are the only manufacturer that makes their own component parts from cooling tubes, side plates, headers and fins to cores and tanks. The manufacturing site with 40,000m2 (10 acres) of total area, is strategically located 25 miles from downtown Shenyang, the 5th largest city in China. Huatie is a general member of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) and The International Heat Transfer Association (NARSA).
Huatie started in 2002 as a parts supplier but quickly grew to become one of the largest exporter of charge air coolers to North America due to its focus on quality and technical expertise. Huatie's product superiority is due to three factors: 1) Ability to control component quality with a comprehensive quality plan and manufacturing process in accordance to both IATF16949:2016 and ISO9001:2015; 2) Continuous product and process improvements through innovation; 3) Comprehensive testing procedure with state of art in-house testing capability. Huatie uses the most advanced ERP software system to ensure that all steps within our manufacturing process is checked and followed, from material acceptance to product shipment. Huatie is recognized as Innovation Champion by Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau with over ten design patents and utility patents in China as well as two patents pending in the US. Our products and manufacturing process are developed by our engineers, with an average of 20 years of heat exchanger design and operations experience. With our advanced R&D team and proficiency in AutoCAD, Pro/E, Solid Works software, Thermal software HTRI, we can quickly design and develop final products or components in any size or form to meet our customer's requirements. The quality of each new product is strictly controlled during the development and design stage, ensuring absolute product per'formance and fit satisfaction. All of our products are inspected and tested in our in-house facilities: measurement verification, pulse testing, pressure leak testing, vibration testing, and wind tunnel testing to ensure that our products not only fit but also will perform for years to come.
